Delivery Day – Simple, Easy, and Stress-Free

Delivery day is designed to be as quick and convenient as possible for you. We handle all the hard work on the farm—packing orders, loading the van, and traveling to your designated drop site. All you have to do is show up, grab your items, and head home.

We’ll be there on time with your order ready to go. Just check in, pick up your items, and you’re all set. Payment is easy too—choose cash at pickup or pay ahead of time with a card online.

Our goal is simple:
Fresh, local food made easy for busy families.

Delivery Day Rules
To keep delivery day smooth and efficient, please follow these simple guidelines:

1. Place Your Order on Time

All orders must be submitted by the day before delivery to ensure we can pack and prepare everything for you.

**If you need to place a late order, you must text us before noon the day of delivery*

 2. Choose the Correct Delivery Location

Double-check that you selected the right drop site before completing your order. This helps us get your items to the right place with no delays.

3. Arrive During the Designated Pickup Window

Please show up during the scheduled pickup time. We cannot hold orders past the end of the window.

4. Bring a Cooler

To keep your raw milk, meat, and farm-fresh items safe for the ride home, bring a cooler or insulated bag.

5. Payment Options

You may pay with cash at pickup or card online when ordering.

6. Enjoy Your Items!

Once you’ve grabbed your order, head home and enjoy the fresh, farm-to-table goodness you’ve chosen.

Things to Note
Please review these important details before placing your order:

1. Missed Delivery & Restocking Fee

If you do not arrive during your designated pickup window, your order will be returned to the farm and a restocking fee will be charged. Please review our terms and conditions in regards to restocking fees and non-refundable items. 

2. Delivery Fee Is Non-Refundable If You Miss Delivery

All delivery fees are non-refundable, regardless if missed pickups or order changes.

3. Baked Items Are Charged in Full

Any baked goods are made fresh the morning of delivery, specifically for your order.
Because of this:

Your card will be charged in full for all baked items.
These items are non-refundable once baked.
If you wish to pick baked items up from the farm instead of a drop site:
--You must communicate with us ahead of time.
**You then have 24 hours to pick up your order once it is prepared.**

4. Payment Options: 

**We will no longer take any electronic forms of payments (Venmo, Paypal, or Cash App)** We apologize for this inconvenience but unfortunately these payment options allowed for too many mistakes and late payments. 

***If you pay cash for your order upon pickup, we will waive the delivery fee associated with your order. ***

****Credit card payments online make for a seamless pickup. Just show up and we will have your order ready to go. This version of payment will be quick and easy for everyone, making the line move faster and the wait shorter for everyone. ***
