Welcome to Leaning Oaks Farms! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of farm products, including raw milk, meats, and other farm-to-table goods, sold through our Grazecart online store.


By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Product Information


We take pride in offering high-quality, farm-fresh products. All items — including raw milk, eggs, meats, and homemade goods — are produced and handled in compliance with local and state laws.
Raw milk is sold for human consumption where allowed by state law or for pet use where required by law. (legal for consumption in Missouri)
Product availability varies by season and farm production.
We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and weights, but small variations may occur.

2. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed through our Grazecart online store.
Payment must be completed at checkout unless other arrangements are made.

**Farm sales are not processed on this website, but rather done on site with POS software. 

All online payments are processed securely through Grazecart’s trusted payment processors.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

***Pre-order items: 

These items (such as turkeys, halves/whole/quarters of beef/pork) are sold based on expected availability and orders. You will be charged a deposit for this item to "hold" your requested portion. Once that item is available and the final weight is known, you will be charged the final price (minus deposit place). If you decide later to not purchase the item, your deposit is non refundable and non transferable.

3. Pickup & Delivery

We offer on-farm pickup and local drop-site delivery for convenience.
Customers are responsible for collecting their orders during designated times.
Unclaimed orders may not be refunded, as products are perishable.

****No shows : if you place and order and do not show up to delivery to obtain your items: your delivery fee is non refundable and will be charged to the card on file. There is a restocking fee for no shows: 10% of your invoice total will be charged to your card on file. If you have repeat no shows, we reserve the right to inflate restocking fees. Increased restocking fees for repeated no shows will be applied. Cap restocking fee is 30% of your invoice total for repeat no shows. ***We understand life does happen and we are happy to work with those life circumstances: communication and planning is expected. All cancellations need to occur 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees being charged to your card. If you order bread or other items baked on the day of delivery but are unable to make a pickup, you will be charged for that item. You have the option to pick up that item(s) from the farm within 24 hours after delivery. Communication is required for this. Items will be forfeited if not.

Please bring a cooler or insulated bag when picking up perishable items like raw milk or meats.

**Jar Deposit and Return Policy: 
We have a strict jar return policy. Jars must be returned with every exchange or a jar deposit is paid per jar. All jars need to be well cleaned when returned.Dirty Jars will result in a cleaning fee. $5/jarJars should never have milk residue, a smell or liquid in them upon returnAll jars are sterilized upon return.

4. Refunds & Returns

Because our products are perishable, all sales are final.
If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a credit at our discretion.

5. Food Safety & Liability

Our farm follows safe handling practices, but raw milk and raw dairy products are not pasteurized. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks of consuming unpasteurized food.
By purchasing, you agree that Leaning Oaks Farms, LLC, Neider Farms and Homers Farm & Market, its owners, and employees are not liable for any illness, injury, or damages related to the handling or consumption of raw or undercooked food products.

6. Communication
By placing an order, you agree to receive communications related to your order, pickup reminders, and farm updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

7. Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.

**Customer Expectations: 

Please be courteous to everyone. Sometimes there is a line/wait when picking up your items. We appreciate everyone being patient. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
